1. Service and operator
AIAPI is an API gateway and management console operated by შპს omo ai, identification code 402378413, as an OMO project. It provides access to configured upstream AI models. The catalog and your account show the currently available options.
These terms apply to use of the service. A separately signed agreement may specify additional conditions. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
2. Account and authority
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and act only within the permissions granted to you. If using the service for an organization, ensure you have authority to do so. Do not share access in a way that bypasses limits or attribution of usage.
3. API access and compatibility
Use https://aiapi.ge/v1 as the base URL where your client expects an OpenAI-compatible v1 API. The exact endpoint, model identifier, supported inputs and limits must match the selected model. Not all models support every format or feature.
Availability can change with configuration, capacity and upstream conditions. No continuous availability, fixed latency or service-level agreement is implied unless separately agreed.
4. Prices and payment
Review the price, unit, currency, group and special conditions before sending a request or making a payment. Input, output, cached tokens, requests and other usage units may be priced differently. A model’s name alone does not determine the charge.
Tests, retries and automated requests may incur charges. For discrepancies or refunds, follow the payment and refund policy. It does not waive mandatory consumer protections.
5. Inputs, outputs and responsible use
You must have the rights and legal basis required for the content you submit. AI responses can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Review them before publishing or taking consequential action; do not treat a generated answer as independently verified professional advice.
Rights and restrictions relating to model output may also depend on the applicable upstream terms. The platform does not promise exclusivity, copyright protection or non-infringement for every generated output.
6. Restrictions and suspension
Follow the acceptable-use policy and applicable upstream restrictions. Access may be limited where necessary to investigate abuse, protect accounts, respond to a security risk or meet legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and how to contact us.
7. Ending use and resolving questions
You can stop sending requests and revoke your keys. For account closure, remaining balance, disputed charges or a complaint, contact [email protected]. Stopping use does not automatically cancel an outstanding charge or erase records that must be retained.
We seek to resolve questions directly. Applicable Georgian law and mandatory protections remain in force, including the right to approach a competent authority or court. No unverified limitation of liability is imposed on this page.
