1. Operator and scope
AIAPI at aiapi.ge is operated by შპს omo ai (402378413), an OMO project. Contact: [email protected], 555 90 40 11, 111 Aghmashenebeli St.. This policy covers the website, account, API gateway and communications with us.
2. What data may be processed?
The data depends on the features you use and what you submit. Do not send data that is unnecessary for the selected task.
- Account and access data: username, contact information where supplied, authentication records and account preferences.
- Usage and technical data: model, time, usage units, charge, request status, request identifiers and network or security information.
- Request content: text, files or other input sent to a model and the response returned through the gateway.
- Billing and support data: transaction references, payment status and information you include in correspondence.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We process necessary data to provide the requested service, manage access, record usage and billing, respond to enquiries, protect the service and meet applicable legal obligations. The relevant basis depends on the purpose: performance of a contract, a legal obligation, an appropriately assessed legitimate interest or consent where required.
We do not treat a visit to this website as consent to unrelated marketing. An optional purpose requiring consent must be explained separately.
4. Recipients and upstream services
To provide a model response, request content is transmitted to the configured upstream service. Hosting, network security, payment and communication providers may also process data to the extent needed for their role. The active services can differ by model and payment method.
Some recipients may be outside Georgia. Before a use case requiring a specific country, processing agreement or transfer safeguard, contact us for route-specific information. This policy does not promise that every model uses one jurisdiction or a zero-retention configuration.
5. Storage and deletion
Account, usage, billing, security and correspondence records have different purposes. They are kept for the period necessary for the relevant purpose and applicable obligations; we do not publish one unverified retention period for every data category. Contact us for the categories and periods applicable to your account or planned processing.
Closing an account does not necessarily erase records that must be retained for accounting, dispute resolution or security. Backup and upstream deletion may follow separate schedules. Do not assume request content is never logged or retained.
6. Your requests and rights
Subject to applicable law and its conditions, you may request information about processing, access or a copy, correction, updating, deletion, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations or the rights of others.
Write to [email protected] with the subject “AIAPI — personal data”. We may need proportionate identity verification, but do not send identity-document copies or secrets before we explain why they are necessary. You may also seek protection through the competent supervisory authority or a court.
7. Your own application and other people’s data
If you integrate AIAPI into your own service, you remain responsible for having an appropriate basis to send your users’ data, informing them and minimizing the data. A separate data-processing agreement may be required for your use case; this public policy does not replace it.
8. Changes and related information
The current version is published on this page. Material changes affecting the use of personal data should be communicated through an appropriate channel. See the cookie policy for browser storage and the data-processing page for integration questions.
